1. Responsibility for Prizes
Upon being declared a winner and receiving a prize, full responsibility and risk in the prize immediately transfers to the winner. The Event Organiser and the Venue shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of a prize once it has been awarded.

2. Collection on the Night
All prizes must be collected and removed from the venue on the night of the event. The Event Organiser and the Venue are not responsible for storing, safeguarding, or transporting any prize after it has been awarded.

3. Uncollected or Left Prizes
If a prize is left at the venue for any reason after it has been awarded, the Event Organiser and the Venue accept no responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, or deterioration. Any prize not removed from the venue on the night may, at the sole discretion of the Event Organiser, be deemed forfeited.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Event Organiser and the Venue disclaim all liability in respect of any prize once it has been awarded to the winner.
